RESERVATION POLICY
As part of delivering a memorable experience for every guest, please understand that we do have our Savvy house rules. This Reservation Policy describes Our policies and procedures regarding all reservations
We respect all of our reservations and thrive to ensure you visit us again.
SAME DAY RESERVATION & SERVICE
All walk-ins are welcomed.
Confirmation of any same day reservation will be pending the party size and restaurant availability at the time of booking.
Note: All food orders must be made within the first 30 minutes of reservation time.
LARGE PARTY RESERVATION
— BOOKING —
For advance booking of groups larger than 6 guests, please e-mail us at info@savvybistro.com or complete the reservation inquiry form to start the reservation process.
For parties of 8 or more a reservation deposit is required. (25% of average bill).
For parties of 10 or more advanced prix-fixe selections are strongly recommended to avoid a longer than usual wait time.
For parties of 15 or more advanced prix-fixe selections are required. This is done to ensure you have a great dining experience.
Parties larger than 20 are subject to a large party convenience fee (+$20/person) and advanced prix-fixe selections required. Ask about our closed door options for parties larger than 20 guests.

— CANCELLATIONS —
Cancellations made prior to 7 days of the reservation receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the reservation receive 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation the deposit is nonrefundable.
— DEPOSITS —
A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
You can pay in person or online. Payment can be made via Cash-App, Venmo, Zelle quick pay, or using a valid debit or credit card.
Reservation deposits will be transferred to the final bill upon completion of service .
— ARRIVAL —
Please ensure your entire group arrives on time. Parties that arrive late for their reservation are given a 15 minute grace period. Late arrival with no communication will void your reservation. Deposits become forfeited if the entire party is not seated within 30 mins of scheduled reservation start time. Please understand that this is solely due to the size and seating capacity of our restaurant. If your party is running late please call the restaurant directly at 347-533-7880 and we will do our best to accommodate your reservation.
— GENERAL —
We recommend making reservations at least 7 days in advance.
All Food orders must be made within the first 30 minutes of reservation time.
Outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited.
Confetti or anything of the like is strictly prohibited.
Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are required to inform their server prior to placing an order. Please note that this is primarily for the safety of our guests
Changes to this Reservation Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Reservation Policy.
You are advised to review this Reservation Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Reservation Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
